Bottom plate tube expansion in pans and juice heaters within sugar mills. Tube size 1.3/4″(44.5mm)x4″ (101.4mm) O.D. where access to the bottom is restricted.

The STE114 series are general purpose expanders for expanding and flaring boiler tubes, waterwall economiser, riser and airheater tubes.

The STEAF 3 series is a cost efficient tool used in applications where only a small number of tubes require expanding with flaring.

STEV series expander is used for repair and building of boilers with thin tubes, approximately as fast as conventional tube expanders.

STECBE series combines beading and expanding in one operation reducing individual operations and increasing the effciency of the operator.
