PH Control
The PH Control System provides two auto cleaned probes to ensure accurate PH measures to enable precise dosing of lime into the mixed juice. This in turn reduces the lime in the system and with it minimises scale. Sophisticated systems can link the PH computer to the DCS, monitoring and optionally controlling the affects on flow pressure drop and temperature change to calibrate correct PH control.
