Brix Meter
This unique online Brix meter uses a diamond sapphire prism to measure the sugar in solution, sending the information to the computer and DCS, allowing both to then manage the process. The hardened glass surface is then cleaned through pressure water or steam to leave a clear water solution which allows for recalibration in addition to a clean glass check. The unit can be used wherever Brix is a priority and needs to be controlled.
